Sick Days Balance unit should tie to different schedule hours

Sick Days balance unit should be as per schedule hours, so that if employee applies for 1 day it should deduct that whole day based on schedule.

Example- If schedule is 4 hours then employee should accrue 1 day of 4 hours and if schedule is 6 hours then employee should  accrue 1 day of 6 hours and time away will deduct based on schedule (which is already at place)
