How do I see all Topics in Questions for Confluence?

Andrew Zimmerman

Hi there! My organization uses Confluence Server 6.12.2 and we have Questions for Confluence 2.6.15.

For some reason, when I navigate to Questions>Topics, I only see 8 Topics when I know we have way more than that. When I search for known Topics, nothing displays. Only those initially displayed 8 are searchable in the Topics tab.

I am a Confluence administrator, and we have no "Featured Topics."

How can I view just a list of all the Topics in our Confluence instance? I need to edit a few and provide descriptions/make some featured. However, since they don't appear when searching for them in the Topics tab, I don't know how to get to the edit function.

Thanks for any help! Is this a bug I just missed?

My apologies as it looks like there is a delay in Greenhopper being enabled on new trial instances.

Dan - I just confirmed that the account associated with the email address used for this ticket now has Greenhopper enabled and ready to go. If this is in reference to a different account and the issue is still persisting, please submit a support request and we will resolve the issue ASAP.

Hi Dan,

If you wish to add GreenHopper as part of your OnDemand subscription, you can login to https://my.atlassian.com to configure/add this to your account.

More information about licensing can be found here.

Greetings Pavel -

I spotted that you have another question opened about your initial account setup - the best thing to do is open a support request so we can get to the bottom of all these issues right away. (We should do this via support request so we can get additional account info from you). My apologies for the delay/issues in getting everything setup.
