Questions anonymous login redirection wrong ?

Although I setup anonymous to be able to see questions, They are not able to access the link like this.

http://1.com/questions - It will redirect to login page no matter what I do. Also I tried to make questions like in answers.atlassian, but it did not work with disabling Confluence Spaces? Any help would be apreciated. In logs I receive a 302 redirection when access allowed on anonymous as well.

Also. I have just added a new group(questions-users) and added 1 user to that group. When I try to login to questions it says that I am not permitted to access that page. The group has been permitted access to Questions from the questions permissions setting tab.
