How to change the displayed link of the page

What do you mean by "displayed link of the page"?  What's wrong with what you've got - it goes to the right place?

Problem in that after installation of a backup the "pageId" changes. It represents inconvenience, by provision of links to our clients on different pages. Therefore there is a wish to have links without "pageId". As it is made for 4SPA. Example: http://wiki.4psa.com/display/VNUAPI30/Create+Simple+PhoneCalls - the link without "pageId".

The page ID links are perfectly valid and are a requirement of the way Confluence works. You don't have to use them, as all pages can also be reached via the human friendly name, but Confluence will often give you the page ID link because of the way it needs to work, and the cases where the "friendly name" is not actually a valid url in its own right and needs to be escaped. If you're seeing pageids used on just "view" then check that the name of the page does not have unusual characters in it first. (Also, all pages have a fixed "short url" if you look at the page information view)

Thanks for responses.

Tell more please: Where can I set / change friendly name? For each of pages?

It's the name of the page.
