How do I hide a "Questions" link in the top bar?

What plugin module should i disable?

I understand it could be smth like (system.header/left)

I am talking about a link in the system top bar which is added once Confluence Questions is installed. I'd like to keep CQ installed, will just build a different navigation route to it.

thanks

Hi,

You can disable the Confluence Questions Header Item (confluence.restricted.header.item) module in the Confluence Questions addon. This disables the top navigation, but allows you to still access Questions.

Regards,

Geert

Hi Geert,

sorry but i could not get it. Where do I do the described disabling. Within the Questions Configuration i am not able to find any setting.

Thank you for your reply

kindest regards

Patrick

With Custom HTML we were able to hide OR rename the Navigation Bar Entry

<script>
jQuery(document).ready(function() {
// $('#confluence-questions-link').hide(); //Hide Navigation Bar Item "Question"
$('#confluence-questions-link:first-child').html("YOUR TEXT");
jQuery(".external-link").attr("target", "_blank");
});
