Error installing confluence addons

gsira March 8, 2020

Hi,

I have just installed confluence server. However, I get these errors when installing some plugins;

This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information.

This app failed to install. Refer to the logs for more information.

It's installed on Windows with SQL Server on the same machine. I looked at audit logs but that does not give info, where are these logs stored?

@gsira

Hi and welcome to the community

When you start confluence the inital messages will be sent to the tomcat log file (catalina.out). Once the application is running the application log file will also be available (<confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log)

Ok I have fixed one issue, there were dependencies missing, but it is not clear. I am trying to install structurizr gbut get this error.

Hmm, odd there were two unrelated plugins. The first I added the dependencies (well other plugins by same vendor), and then I tried re-enabling the other plugin, nad it works!
