The endpoint defined on the documentation for the REST API of Confluence questions does not work

Using Confluence Cloud and attempting on:

Unfortunately, the REST API for Confluence Cloud Questions has been deprecated as outlined in our latest update https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/

what does it mean "doesn't work"? Can you post the reply? What was your request? Something like
