The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
I'm an admin for a space where users can ask questions. A user creates new question and adds topic. I'm not able to edit topics under these questions later on. Only person who created a question is able to edit the topic under this question.
We are using our space as a community for users and managing topics by space admins is essential. How this can be achieved.
I just asked a similar question. The answer I got was - if you enable Reputation Based permissions for questions, then anyone with 100+ reputation can change the labels/topics on a Question.
