Can a user subscribe to a tag in Confluence Questions so they are notified?

We are testing Confluence Questions right now, and I'm curious if a user can subscribe to a specific tag, so they know that their are specific questions that need to get answered about a topic they are an expert on.

Hi @[deleted],

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

Yes, you can watch a tag/topic and you will then get notified when a new question is added.

Thank you! Is there a way to edit the character count on the questions section, so people can ask longer questions?
