Can a link on a page be setup to send an @mention email?

Would like to use a 1-click method (via a link, or an image, or something) for a user to generate a pre-defined @mention comment to be emailed out.

Want to use this as a quick way for a user to request something on a page and have that request show up in another person's email with the pre-defined comment and the links back to the Confluence page, like a normal @mention comment.  The 1-click option reduces the burden on the user to know "who to mention" and "how to make the request".
