Hello,
I am currently testing Questions for Confluence, trial version, in the cloud.
I can create questions, but once I created them, I cannot share them with other users.
I don't see any function that allows me to answer questions (I tried to login as another user which has been granted access to my Confluence site).
I can create topics, but cannot insert any content in them, except for the title.
Is there maybe an issue related to the trial version (maybe limited features available)?
Tx in advance,
Grazia
Hey Grazia, welcome to the Community!
When you are viewing a question, there should be a Share button on the right-side of the question:
Once you've clicked that button, you'll get a modal window that allows you to copy a URL to the exact question.
In looking at your Atlassian account, I see you're also evaluating an app called Questions and Answers in addition to Questions for Confluence. I wonder if perhaps both apps are activated at the same time and perhaps it's difficult to tell them apart in the interface. Additionally I noted that both app evaluations expired the day you asked this question, and I would assume this is what is preventing you from asking new questions. While the evaluation is active, you should have full access to the features of an app.
Cheers,
Daniel
