We're on a Data Center implementation of Jira/Confluence, and we heavily make use of the Marketplace App Structure. Since the time we've started using it a few months ago, it has only just gained in the value it has provided our Teams. The Instance of Jira/Confluence our Teams are on, is hosted as a service by another Organization and they provide all services that require a System Administrator level to complete.
In the last few weeks there have been an ever growing loss in functionality for the Structure App, and our team is working with the Jira/Confluence Service provider and we're being told that they're working directly with the vendor of Structure Tempo. We first lost the Planning Task conversion to Jira Issue functionality, then the Gantt Chart visualization, and most recently have lost the ability to use the "Manage Structure" function for any of the Structures we've created.
Our teams heavily depend on all of the functionalities listed above. Our teams as Project/Space level Administrators can only troubleshoot so much, and we really want to help. A bit of a long shot request here, but if any of ya'll out there have dealt with any similar or the same bugs/issues with the a Data Center use of Structure, and discovered why it happened or most importantly how to fix it we would be grateful if you could share those insights with us so we can pass them along to our System Administrator Team. They're working hard, I know they are, but anything we can do to help them resolve the matter faster is what we aim to do, and so here we are.
