Where do you download ICC Video recording?

Hi,

We have tried the ICC feature in Opsgenie and it works pretty good.

We are now looking into saving the video recording for post-morten analyses.

Does Opsgenie offer the option to download the video session?

I am aware that...ICC past sessions can be found on Analytics page but that does not include a video recoding, you can only export the chat.

Anyone has an idea if you can export the video recording after closing the incident?

At this time, there is no option to record an ICC session - having said this, we have a feature request in place with our product team requesting the option to be added. I recommend you vote for / comment on it to help its visibility with our Product and Engineering teams.
