I am unable open a case in Atlassian support. I have logged in with Owner role. Does any one has any idea how can i raise this issue. Any email address you can share.

Thanks for the quick response. I tried the URL but it takes me to community, doesn't allow me to open a new case. There is no option to open a case.

NO, I am under standard support. Earlier I was able to open new request. But all of sudden I am not able open new request & also cannot view my older request. This is strange.
