Unable to hear Alert in Ops Genie

I have an iphone 16 Pro and running Ops Genie.  I am not able to hear the alerts and the settings do not appear to be correct (comparing with an iphone 15 the settings are different)

all the settings i have in the sounds area of the profile:

Allow Critical alerts - ON
Volume up to full
default mobile sound IOS default ringtone

no other settings below...

Hi @Chris Austin ,

May I confirm that you're receiving the app notification on the iOS app but not hearing the notification sound for the notified alert?

May I confirm you have not "Muted" your notifications or enabled quiet hours under Settings > Notifications for your profile?

When you navigate to Settings >Opsgenie on your device, the Sounds, Badge App Icon and Show on Lock Screen are enabled as the screenshot below?



Please note that if alert style is "None", notifications will not display an alert and will not play any sound.
