Is there a way to display on the alert summary that there is a note inside this alert ?

Hi Community,

So I'm wondering in OpsGenie, is there like a way to display here on the alert, a label or an emoji or something like this, that there is a note inside this one ? 

It's in order to make it easier for Production guy to quickly get the information about this alert and whats have been done already.

It looks like there's already a feature request for adding the ability to easily see if an alert has a note in Opsgenie: OPSGENIE-1120.
