I'm looking to configure the integration between Jira and Opsgenie so that it triggers an alert in Opsgenie only when a ticket is created via the portal.
I want to ensure that our team receives immediate notifications for these specific tickets, but I'm not quite sure how to set up this conditional alerting.
Has anyone tackled a similar setup before? Any tips, tricks, or guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps it is possible to do the next way:
1) Jira Automation, trigger - issue created, jql condition: request-channel-type = portal) > add label\component: portal
2) Opsgenie condition: Event type: issue_updated, label\component portal
