We usually record our on-call schedules for teams within Confluence. Recently we've begun the transition to Opsgenie scheduling however, it would still be very useful to utilise the Confluence space to be able to view these schedules. Is there a way I can embed these in?
Hey Ruby,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
While Opsgenie does not have a direct way to embed on-call schedules into Confluence, there are a few approaches you can take. One option is to use the Public Link feature in Opsgenie, which allows you to share live schedules. This link can be added to your Confluence page, either as a hyperlink or embedded using an iframe if your Confluence instance supports it.
Another approach is to manually export the on-call schedules from Opsgenie, such as in PDF format or as a screenshot, and then upload them to your Confluence page. While this method does not update dynamically, it ensures the information is readily accessible.
For a more advanced solution, you could use the Opsgenie API to fetch schedule data and integrate it into Confluence. This would require some custom development but allows you to display schedules dynamically within your Confluence space.
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Egor
