Call/text for on-call

I have 'On-Call' schedules setup in JSM.

Is there a way to call/text the on call person when an incident is created?

Hi @hpatani ,

When incident is in place, a notification is issued by Jira to the person On-Call. However the person itself is responsible for setting up his / her communication channels in their profile settings.
