Alerts gets stopped on opsgenie from prometehus integration without any configuration changes

I was getting alerts from prometheus on Opsgenie but from 10 to 15 days I was not getting any alerts on Opsgenie.

Hi Piyush,

If you're not getting the alerts that you are expecting, I would recommend checking the debug logs in Settings >> Debug Logs. They will show the incoming payloads from your integrations. If those payloads reached opsgenie but an alert was not created, those logs would give you some indication as to why. If you need some assistance navigating the debug logs I would recommend chatting into support from within your account or opening support ticket.

Thanks @John M  for your response,  It seems that alerts was not getting on slack channel due to rate_limited issue.
