Is there a way to send an alert to the requestor when their issue has been acknowledged or completed?

That depends on who the requestor is. What is the integration that is being used to create an alert in Opsgenie? Is the requestor a user in Opsgenie or a user in another system?
the alert is being created by an email sent in Outlook.
