I have a couple of questions.
Our Organization is more than 50+ people in jira, but I need Opsgenie for 3-5 people (I only need the voice call support option).
Can Opsgenie accounts (billing) be separated from jira products so I can upgrade the account to Standard for 5 people?
Also I'm not sure what plan I have, is there a way to see my current plan for more information?

Yes, we do have the standalone instance of Opsgenie available which can have different users from your Jira account and you can add it from the below link:
