We run a helpdesk and have team members who came and go often (either promotions or leave). We don't see an easy way to change a rotation for the future. I saw notes that say you must create a new rotation showing the new start date, end the current one on that same date. The problem is now I have 30 some rotations in the queue and it is confusing for the managers who also use this for scheduling. I wish I could add an end date and start date for a specific resource within a rotation. The other option is to create a rotation per person and that too results in 20+ rotations.
