Almost all of our incident responses require multiple users to share their screens at the same time. While the OpsGenie Conference Bridge is a great tool to keep all of the incident information in one place, without support for sharing multiple screens at the same time it does not make much sense for us to use it when dealing with an incident.
This is a huge reason we have also steered away from using Teams and ended up using tools like Slack Huddles or Whereby.
It would greatly improve the tool (in my team's eyes) if we could share multiple screens with the built-in conference tools, or if more integrations would be created with other Conference tools that allow simultaneous screenshares (Whereby, Slack, etc...), for those of us who do not use Zoom.
