I've researched, selected, learnt, implemented and administering JIRA with no training or background. Must say: It was that user-friendly and self-explanatory. I run a small team rendering services for a major banking client and purchased a 50 user license exclusively for service management.
I knew I didn't know everything and now I know a lot more!
The summit has been a value add. I have some takeaways on data migration and the benefits of Cloud services. Only a matter of time before the client learns of these and we make a major enterprise-wide implementation.
