Just to say Thank You to Nancy Lopez from Atlassian Premier support. I was not aware of the additional tier level of support before meeting her here at Summit. In about 5 minutes she had identified the solution to my issue then we tested it over the next 30-45 minutes.
I'll be looking into accessing premier support when I get back to the office.
