I wanted to post an article, but discovered the button is not available for me.
Is the button unlocked at a certain point? Is the button just elusive and somewhere other than "Ask the community"?

@Bridget can we set me up with article access? I'd like to write an article detailing more about how I setup my workflow for our authorization process. I think it could help a lot of people to see some of the steps I took.
