We are working with the free Jira Cloud version: we have 6 members; trying to add 2 more.  Limit is 10, so should be allowed, yes?

Getting message "Something went wrong, contact Support" which for the Free Cloud is the community.

We'll try again but any confirmation that 10 is truly the limit would be helpful.

Thx-

Hi @Dave Evans ,

Welcome to the Community! Yes, 10 is the limit for the free plan. If you're a Site admin, you can find the number of billable users for each cloud product by following the steps:

  1. From your cloud site, select Settings > Billing.
  2. Each cloud product will display the number of billable users

Hope it helps!

Hi Dave - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Do you also have a Free account for Jira Service Management? And if so, are there 3 agents in that?
