Questions about the new Jira UX / Design

Hi, I can only imagine there are a million comments floating about but I couldn't find  a definitive "home" for discussion on the new UX.

I am really struggling with it.

 

How do I get so system settings from my kanban board?

How do I get quickly from one board to another?

 

I'll try to collate answers in this post for easy access.
