Project administrators can only edit workflows that aren't shared with other projects

Hi Community

today i've tried to modify as usual, a status on a workflow,

I've added for a status "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" and then publish.

After 10 minutes i've tried to remove "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" but jira display the followig alert

"You can't edit this workflow right now. Project administrators can only edit workflows that aren't shared with other projects."

this issue occcurs for all project.

Could someone help me on this issue?

the issue is more complex, today we are experiencing an issue when we try to remove a transaction between two status.

when we try to remove a transition is shown the following error

Can Someone help me on this error?
