Is there a way to add custom field to input checklist of user story acceptance criteria

I am not totally sure what are you asking but if the question is to add new custom field named Acceptance Criteria, yes you can do it by:

1. Create a custom field called Acceptance Criteria in the Jira setting

2. Add the field to the Field Configuration of a project and make it mandatory if you need so

You can have a field (or custom field) specifically to be visible for an issue type like Story or Task.
