How migration project on jira

i have already project on jira with kanban mode. can i change to scrum ?

Absolutely. You just need to create a new Scrum board, using the same filter, and start working in scrum mode in the new board.

You can even see the same dataset in 2 different boards, although that wouldn't make much sense.
