Does anyone have thoughts or experience in making the switch - good/bad... why?
thanks
Hi @Marc_Matyas ,
as Atlassian Vendor, we work with both Asana and Jira customers.
What I observe, is that plenty of companies likes to use both those tools - for them Asana works well for more business oriented people, and Jira for more technical ones.
Unfortunately, the native importer isn't working very well, same goes with exporting and importing CSV file (there are threads in the community about it).
As Getint.io, we have an app for both migration and integration of Asana, and Jira.
With the app you can just map the types and fields (including custom fields, attachments, comments, statuses) - and move tasks/issues. You can install the app both as SaaS and on-premise.
Here is the link to the app - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223932/getint-jira-asana-integration-sync?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
