Course Overview

Atlassian’s Jira fundamentals course covers the following key concepts:

  • Issues, projects, and boards.
  • Navigating Jira
  • Manage your work
  • Tips and best practices

Setup Requirements & Accessing the Training

In order to complete the course, please register with Atlassian University:  https://www.atlassian.com/university

Then, to complete the course, navigate to Atlassian University > Jira Fundamentals: https://university.atlassian.com/student/path/815443-jira-fundamentals?sid_i=0

Assessment

At the end of your course, you can optionally complete a Jira Fundamentals assessment, which consists of 30 questions. If you score 80% or better, you will earn a Jira badge, which you can then add to your CV and LinkedIn profile. 

Target Audience

The target audience for the training is:

  • New Jira users
  • Jira users looking to grow their skills
  • Experienced Jira users looking to validate their knowledge
  • Teams using Jira
