Hello everyone. I'm new to using Agile. I started off as an analyst and moving into more software development. If you have any great resources for beginners using Jira, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you!
Welcome @Nikiya Simpson
You're in for some fun making your switch! I hope you love where it brings you!
YouTube has proven to have wonderful tutorials, and Atlassian's channel has specific Jira Videos @ Jira Cloud Basics.
You'll be able to find more specific or longer tutorials on YouTube as well, but will likely find videos redundant.
Additionally, when you have specific questions, the community is great for providing feedback on specific use-cases, just remember to look around for the answer that might've been already answered! :)
Happy holidays!
Hello and Welcome, Nikita!
we are glad you are here!!
Welcome to the community @Nikiya Simpson!
As you mention being new to agile, definitely check out https://www.atlassian.com/agile as well. Apart from a great resource into agile methodologies, it has also some great tutorials where those methodologies and Jira meet each other.
Combined with the tips of the other folks out here, you'll have quite some reading materials to dive into. So have fun and rest assured that this community is always ready to help when you run into challenges!
Welcome to the community @Nikiya Simpson , We are glad you are here.
As suggested above, Atlassian University and documentations are the best resources to learn Jira. Apart from these great resources, you can also have a look at WebGentle's Jira Courses on Youtube. It is also good for beginners.
When you have any question or doubt feel free to ask in the community. We all are here to help you.
Cheers,
Monika
