Lots.

I've seen it help run projects ranging from "our family christmas" through to "put a robot on Mars".  I've used it on projects ranging from "build my new kitchen" through to "build a new fission reactor"

The heart of it is a multi-user issue tracker based on a workflow engine, but there is a lot more built on top of that.
