survey for JIRA service desk

Can we change the text contents for JIRA survey? After user added a comment, there will be a page where they indicate comment added and then link up the user to the help center. Can we change or omit the text? If yes, how can we do it?

This is very urgent so I will appreciate if someone advise soon. Thanks

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The customer satisfaction survey is a great option to get feedback from customers, but currently, this survey doesn’t have many options for customization.

It’s possible to change only the question “How was our service for this request?” (Project settings > Customer satisfaction/Satisfaction settings) and for the other options, we have feature requests suggesting the improvements:
