conflict with duplicate role in Service Desk project

Within our new Service desk project the role as customer and as service agent had been assigned to me.

The Service Desk customer role was only assigned for testing purposes. However now I am able to access the Customer Portal only  (not Jira). Therefore the Service Desk admin tried to delete my customer role but it does not work. 

Any idea how this issue could be solved?

Hi @Ines Büntig ,

You’ll be treated as an agent only when you have a JSD license.
