Hi
I probably haven't seen something stupid but I don't find :(
I just want to send an email when a new ticket is created. In my case, tickets are created via email source, in response I want to send a formatted notification.
To be more accurate, my tickets are well created, I just don't receive the wanted notification.
And I created more automation rules, sending emails too, which work well.
Can someone help me ? Thanks in advance
Sorry for the mistakes, I'm french ;)

I didn't do anything special to get emails to come out from JIRA. For awhile they were being blocked by our SPAM filters. There were settings in the Project Settings for emails, but that was about it.
