I have a trouble with creating team-managed project

According to the document, JSM supports team-managed projects. But I'm not able to create team-managed projects. I'm able to create company-managed projects only. When I try to create projects, I can't select any other options except "company-managed project".

What do you think are the causes?

I am a beginner of Jira, not only JSM. So I know you may need further information. Please tell me what kind of information you need. I'll look into them and reply.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

There's an admin option about whether team managed projects are enabled or disabled.

Sounds like you probably need to enable this option.
