We are service provider for clients and would like to send emails using the clients email address through service desk. Is there any way we can have different outgoing email address in JIRA service desk and then can choose particular email address to send email out.

On Jira Service Desk it's possible to add only one outgoing email, so it will not be possible to add multiple emails and send the notifications based on domains.
We don't have any feature requests for this option, so please, feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JSDCLOUD) adding more information and details about why this feature is important for your environment.
