Hi ,
I am testing jira cloud to see if this product can be used for our ticking system [emails] and i have done the setup to listen to outlook and create incident from that outlook . for some reason since last week no tickets are getting created from the outlook .what could be the reason .

@smarattil - make sure the e-mails are not going to another folder or junk mail. It should be picking it up from your inbox. Also, make sure the connection to the outlook is still active.
