I've just started a trial and trying to create a service desk, but when selecting classic it says

Next-Gen there is, but nothing for classic? how do I create a classic service desk?

Hey there NIck,

If you'd like to try out classic, you may have to enable classic projects on your instance.

To do this, head to a next-gen project you have created, and go to Project settings > Advanced

This page should give you an option to enable classic projects.
