New(ish) to Jira Service Management

Hi Everyone! I'm @Andy Gladstone a Community Leader here in the online community. Most of my focus is in Confluence, Jira and Trello. I have dabbled in JSM, but it is not currently) part of the install base at my company.

With the upcoming Team '23 and the focus on BSM, I am sure this space will explode with content and I wanted to finally join, write my intro and start to follow the content in this space as updates and features are released and adopted.
