We have 2 Request types with the same, custom workflows. It took a few days to develop the workflow.
Around day 4, noticed that DONE never resulted in "Resolved" status -- went to examine the DONE andwas suddenly locked out of all workflows with the attached message: "Something went wrong."
How can we get into our workflows?!

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same issue and it was already resolved.
The issue was caused by a disassociation between the workflow and the issue type and it was possible to fix this directly in the database.
I'm posting the resolution here in case other community members face the same issue, so they will know that it's necessary to create a ticket on support.atlassian.com.
