Jira monitoring and integration with Zabbix

Hello Community !!

I'm trying to do the integration Jira + Zabbix following that guide

But I can't find two values "jira_servicedesk_id - numerical ID of your Jira Service Desk (not to be mistaken with a project ID or a Service Desk key!), and jira_request_type_id - numerical ID of your Jira Service Desk RequestType."

Does anyone know where I can find that information?

Hello @Pedro Mateus Silva Schawirin

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Both the Service desk ID and Request Type ID can be found by running REST APIs in your Service desk project. Here are the exact steps:

  1. To return the Service desk ID of your project, run the REST API below, replacing "yourdomain" by your current Cloud domain and "Projectkey" by the project you want to find the related Service desk ID:

  2. To return the Request Type ID of the request types in a Service desk, run the REST API below, replacing "yourdomain" by your current Cloud domain and "servicedeskId" by the Service desk id related to the project that the request types are added to: Shot 2020-08-26 at 17.12.09.png

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you so much, Petter !!
