Jira Service Desk as a Technical Support platform

I am new to using Jira but have Implemented and used other platforms to manage technical service and customer support. I am interested in finding use cases for Jira as a technical support platform for IoT instrumentation products.

Im not quite sure if i get your question but you could:

- enable customer to submit security issues

- Support your customer if the have any questions

- handle RMAs or complaints

- handle Feature requests

- handle Incidents or Bugs

- etc.

You can handle every contact from your customer within a Service Desk and make sure that your supportteam work on the right Task in the right order within your target time to respond.

Also your IoT Products could create issues for different Events.
