JIRA Service Desk issue sharing


Is there anyway to share the JSD ticket from the portal to a group of people via AD group or mailing list ?

You should look into using organizations.  This will allow you to add customers to the organization and then add that organization to the issue which will give everyone in the organization access to the issue via the portal.
