It is not easy to distinguish a comment intended for the customer from an internal comment. Is there some CSS I can edit to have the internal comment stand out, for example, changing the comment box color in yellow?
That would be a fine feature.

When adding an internal e public comment on Service Desk Server, it will only show the labels, different from Service Desk Cloud, where on the new issue view the background for internal comments it's yellow and for public ones it's white.
Currently, there is no workaround for Server. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
