We are setting up JIRA Service Management (server). I did some testing on a cloud demo with success, but I'm having trouble authenticating as a customer with our server instance. I have added the customer (via JSM customer management) and set my name and password as the customer (via the portal) but cannot log in.
In my quest for a solution, I have found a few issues possibly related to Crowd vs JIRA internal authentication (we do use Crowd), but cannot seem to find a solution. I have tried adding the customer manually in both Crowd and Internal directories but experience the same issue either way. Can anyone help?
